System Rescue

Your app or automation is stuck. We find the blocker and fix it.

We diagnose and repair existing apps, automations, Power Platform solutions, Copilot Studio agents and custom AI systems. Scope and price are agreed before paid work starts.

  • Free 20-min triage call
  • Scope and price agreed first
  • Repair tested on the failing journey

What needs rescuing?

Apps, automations, Power Platform, copilots and AI agents. Start with the blocker; we agree the scope and price before paid work begins.

AI App Rescue

An existing AI-built app, custom application or internal tool needs a defined repair or completion scope.

  • Works in preview but fails after publishing
  • Login, permissions or payments block users
  • Data will not save, or repeated fixes introduce new problems

App repairs are quoted after scope review. An agreed diagnostic can help when the cause is unclear.

Tell us what broke

Automation Rescue

An existing workflow or integration needs a defined repair.

  • n8n, Make or Zapier runs succeed but the business action is missing
  • Webhooks, messages or records fail to arrive
  • Connections or mappings keep breaking

$249 Quick Fix for one qualifying n8n, Make or Zapier workflow failure. Other platforms and broader failures need a diagnostic or quote.

Tell us what broke

Power Platform Rescue

Existing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI and Dataverse solutions, including Microsoft 365 integrations.

  • An app will not save data, or permissions block users
  • Flows, approvals or connectors fail between systems
  • A deployment, data refresh or environment change breaks a working solution

Power Platform repairs are scoped and quoted after review. The $249 workflow Quick Fix does not apply.

Tell us what broke

AI Agent & Copilot Rescue

Existing Copilot Studio agents, custom AI agents, chatbots and voice agents need to work through the whole task.

  • The agent answers but never completes the action
  • Knowledge retrieval, tool calls or authentication fail
  • Handoffs, memory or connected workflows produce the wrong result

Agent and copilot repairs are quoted against an agreed scope and test cases. An agreed diagnostic can establish the cause.

Tell us what broke

Something else? We also review custom software, APIs, integrations, databases and cloud deployments. These are starting points, not a closed platform list. Tell us what already exists and what is failing; we will confirm the right scope.

Rescue prices

The $249 Quick Fix is for qualifying automation failures only. App blockers and broader repairs are quoted after scope review. Unclear causes may need an agreed $199 diagnostic.

Start here: pick the route that matches your problem

Up to 3 workflows and 3 hours a month. $599: up to 10 workflows, 8 hours.

  • Monitoring and alertsFailed runs and stopped workflows on the covered workflows
  • 3 hours of fixes a month (8 on $599)Investigation and repair both count; no roll-over; beyond it we quote first
  • Acknowledged within 2 working hoursThen fixed during agreed hours; acknowledging is not resolving
  • Changes and new features quoted separatelySo the plan stays about keeping things running
  • Turnaround is in business days, from when access is in place
  • The diagnostic fee is credited against the repair
  • Never share passwords or logs by email; we set up secure access after the call
Full terms
  • Quick Fix covers one agreed failure in an existing n8n, Make or Zapier workflow, with a failing example we can reproduce and access to the tools. We confirm in writing that it qualifies before we start
  • Quick Fix is due only when the agreed failing case runs correctly. If we can’t fix it, you pay nothing
  • If it turns out bigger than a Quick Fix, we stop and ask. Broader work is quoted and approved separately

Sound familiar?

We trace app blockers and workflow failures to the affected journey. Quick Fix eligibility is confirmed separately; app repairs are quoted.

  • An app works in preview but fails after publishing
  • Login, permissions or payments block users
  • Data will not save after an AI-generated change
  • Runs show “success” but nothing actually happens
  • A Zap or Make scenario keeps switching itself off
  • A webhook silently stopped firing after a change
  • CRM and other systems slowly drift out of sync
  • The n8n instance keeps going down
  • A Power Platform app or flow fails after an environment change
  • A copilot or AI agent answers but never completes the requested action
  • Customers get confirmations for things that never happened

Systems we diagnose

Grouped by what breaks. If yours is not listed, describe the failure; most systems with an API or webhooks can be traced.

Microsoft Power Platform

  • Power Apps
  • Power AutomatePower Automate
  • Power Pages
  • Power BI
  • Dataverse
  • Microsoft 365
  • App permissions or data saving block users
  • Flows, connectors, approvals or data refreshes fail after a change

Copilots and AI agents

  • Copilot Studio
  • Custom AI agents
  • Chatbots and voice agents
  • Agent tools and APIs
  • The agent responds but never takes the requested action
  • Knowledge retrieval, tool calls, authentication or handoffs fail

Apps and custom systems

  • AI-built and custom apps
  • APIs and integrations
  • Databases
  • Cloud deployments
  • A preview works but the published app fails
  • Login, payments, data or a deployment block the intended journey

CRM and sales

  • Pipedrive
  • HubSpotHubSpot
  • GoHighLevel
  • EspoCRM
  • A Pipedrive scenario stopped after Make changed its modules
  • Contacts, deals or owners stop syncing, or land with the wrong owner

Payments and finance

  • StripeStripe
  • QuickBooks Online
  • Xero
  • Paid in Stripe, but the customer never got access
  • A duplicate invoice, or a payment matched to the wrong customer

Voice and messaging

  • Retell AI
  • Twilio
  • WhatsAppWhatsApp
  • The call went fine, but the booking or WhatsApp follow-up never arrived
  • WhatsApp templates rejected outside the 24-hour window (Twilio error 63016)

Hosting, data and workspace

  • n8n (self-hosted)
  • AirtableAirtable
  • Google Workspace
  • Zendesk
  • n8n is down, or webhooks stopped after an upgrade
  • A moved field or lost file access quietly breaks the mapping

The $249 Quick Fix covers qualifying n8n, Make and Zapier workflow failures. Apps, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI agents and other custom systems are included in System Rescue, with scope and pricing agreed separately from the Quick Fix.

Vendor changes behind recent failures

Dated changes that break working setups. As documented by each vendor, checked 6 October 2026. If yours is already compliant, it needs nothing.

  • Make + Pipedrive

Make moved its Pipedrive modules to the newer Pipedrive API on 31 July 2026. Scenarios need the current modules and an OAuth connection, and a few subscription operations have no replacement.

We check what is actually affected before promising a module swap.

  • Zendesk

Support API tokens are being retired: new tokens cannot be created from 27 October 2026, and remaining affected tokens stop working on 30 April 2027.

We list the integrations still on tokens and move them to OAuth. Integrations already on OAuth need nothing.

  • HubSpot

On 15 September 2026 HubSpot announced the retirement of legacy APIs and apps, with support and enforcement dates running into 2027.

A readiness check: what still calls the old APIs, and the replacement path. Unsupported does not mean it stops today.

  • Twilio WhatsApp

Since April 2025, template messages sent outside the 24-hour window must use a Content SID with variables, not a message body. Error 63016 is the usual sign.

We find the exact template path that fails and fix it.

Not sure where it broke? Start with the $199 diagnostic

For multi-system problems, or when there is no clear cause yet. What you get:

  1. 01

    Findings

A confirmed cause, traced through every system in the chain. Or, if it cannot be confirmed yet, the evidence, open dependencies and the next action.

  2. 02

    Risk list

What else is likely to break next, ranked by impact, including anything we could not confirm.

  3. 03

    Repair options

The smallest safe fix and the proper fix, with trade-offs. Sometimes replacing it beats repairing it; we say so.

  4. 04

    Fixed quote

A fixed repair price. The $199 is credited if you go ahead, and the findings are yours either way.

Find it, fix it, keep it fixed

From a free 20-minute triage call to a fix with a warranty. Nothing is charged until you agree in writing.

  1. 01Free · 20 min

    Triage call

Tell us what is failing, since when and which tools are involved. We confirm whether it qualifies for a workflow Quick Fix, needs a diagnostic, or can be scoped for a quoted app or broader repair.

  2. 021–2 business days

    Diagnose

When agreed for an unclear app or integration failure, we trace the affected journey and send written findings, open dependencies and repair options.

  3. 03Quick Fix or quoted

    Repair

We fix the cause once access is in place. Most Quick Fixes take 2 business days; a larger repair follows its quote.

  4. 04Optional

    Keep it fixed

A Care plan can watch the covered workflows after the fix.

Scope: Broader platform rescue, beyond a single-workflow Quick Fix

A CRM stalled by images stored in the database

Thousands of property photos sat as text inside the database, stalling the CRM, the website and listing feeds. We backed everything up, removed unused images and moved live ones to file storage with a one-switch rollback.

Part of a 6-month retainer · ongoing

Before

  • Each image took seconds to load
  • CRM, website import and portal images all stalling

After

  • Images load in about a second
  • New uploads go straight to file storage
